硅膠按鍵往復(fù)噴涂機(jī)又將雙柜高速噴涂線或者雙柜XY軸噴涂機(jī)，他一般用于硅膠、塑料和塑料外殼噴涂，適用于玩具、電子、五金等行業(yè)的表面噴涂。噴涂范圍大噴涂面積（最大）：500×600mm(可自動(dòng)設(shè)定面積大小)(Spraying area(max):500×600mm，噴涂速度是傳統(tǒng)噴涂的兩倍，既然他有那么多的優(yōu)勢(shì)，那么我們今天來(lái)講解他是如何操作的呢？
A: 操作前準(zhǔn)備(Pre-operations)： 1． 開(kāi)總電源（主控制箱外），配電控制箱電源（主控制箱內(nèi)）及外部面 板電源開(kāi)關(guān)。(Turn on the total power supply (outside the main control box), power distribution control box (inside the main control box) and an external panel power switch,)
2． 觸摸屏通電顯示，觸摸操作系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入操作面板。(Power touch-screen display electrified, touch the operating system into the panel screen.) 請(qǐng)選擇手動(dòng)畫(huà)面開(kāi)關(guān)，進(jìn)入手動(dòng)操作畫(huà)面。(Select the manual switch into the manual operation screen.)
1：請(qǐng)選擇需要打開(kāi)的動(dòng)作開(kāi)關(guān)，并按間隔5秒左右的時(shí)間依次打開(kāi)用電器。并檢查所有動(dòng)作是否正常。
